O’Neills Sportswear, with over 100 years of experience, is a market leader in teamwear apparel in Europe across a wide range of sports. O'Neills is rapidly expanding its operations within the Australian market, at both grassroots and Pro Team level. It is currently partnered with teams such as the Penrith Panthers, Melbourne Storm, Adelaide Crows, Hockey Australia, and ACT Brumbies. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our Australian team within a long-established company in an exciting and innovative industry.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following:

  • Proven experience across New Business Development and Account Management in, ideally, but not limited to, the teamwear / sportswear market
  • Ability to perform market analysis leading to identifying new areas of opportunity and new business
  • A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills including excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience in managing and building new business within QLD
  • Ability to build rapport with ease and effectively network, both over the phone, and face-to face
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand business drivers and motivations
  • Drive and ambition

The ideal candidate will also be able to draw upon their experience of:

  • Strategic networking
  • Building strong rapport with key stakeholders

In partnership with an attractive base salary, there is the opportunity to be further rewarded financially through a very generous commission structure. 

When not on the road meeting customers, the role will be based from home or a co-working space.
