Hoops Capital Pty Ltd is a multi-faceted basketball enterprise and owner of the Sydney Kings and the Sydney Flames. Hoops Capital is focused on the development of basketball as a community sport, in addition to providing an avenue for youth player development, multi-tiered competitions, and coaching through to an elite level. The organisation’s goal is to capture the interest of all basketball fans, by promoting a sense of community through opportunity to participate in the sport of basketball in many ways.
As the Social Media Content Shooter and Content producer you will be responsible for capturing, shooting video content that feature fanbase participation and passion, to be posted on the social media channels to boost our brand visibility and engage with our audience fan base. Your role will involve developing inventive strategies to connect with out fans, producing multimedia content, and interacting with our community.
Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including shooting videos, graphics, and capture the ambience of game day activations and fan base participation through creative video content production.
Post video content that embodies energy passion and excitement of Game Days across both the Sydney Kings and the Sydney Flames.
Capture real time Game Day experience at elite games posting content on socials and club channels
Capture and create content from the Sydney Kings and the Sydney Flames training sessions to support the media and comms team.
Develop strategies for promoting community engagement growth for the clubs, sponsors and fans.
Work closely with Sponsorship Team to support scheduling priorities for partners and sponsors.
Role requirements & about you:
Tertiary qualification in media, marketing or sports management.
Proven experience in video content creation and photography of crowd base participation in events
Proficiency in video editing software, graphic design tools, and social media platforms.
