Whittlesea City Basketball Assocition (WCBA) is seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Operations Manager to join our growing organisation. WCBA was established in 1992 and encompasses Senior & Junior Domestic competitons, the annual WCBA Junior Tournament, a junior elite pathway into the Victorian Junior Basketball League and a senior elite pathway into the Big V Basketball League Competitions.

WCBA has a strong focus on community involvement. We pride ourselves on being an all-inclusive, family orientated sports association, encouraging fair play and respect for all, as well as promoting Basketball within the Whittlesea municipality and its surrounding areas.

The purpose of the Operations Manager will be to manage the performance and basketball operations aspect of the WCBA in line with the association’s strategic priorities and goals. The Operations Manager will provide leadership and ultimately be responsible for the implementation of sound strategies that ensure continuous improvement, growth and sustainability of WCBA.
