We are seeking to appoint a highly energised and suitably qualified Marketing & Comms Executive to lead the development, implementation and delivery of marketing & communication initiatives across our golf, leisure and aquatic wellness facilities locally and nationally.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager this role will be based from Moore Park Golf.

We are industry leading in our marketing campaigns, events and storytelling which drives successful engagement by community, with the facilities and services we manage. 

As the NSW-based marketing lead, you would account manage contracts including Moore Park Precinct (Moore Park Golf, Centennial Parklands Sports Centre, Tollhouse) and the University of NSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre (and psst… there is another exciting contract in the works that may be included also…) Additionally, influence and support the wider marketing team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of marketing plan initiatives. 

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Account manage the NSW-based management contracts – ensuring subject-matter expertise from wider marketing team are engaged for larger scale projects (and vice versa)
  • Co-develop and execute the strategic and tactical marketing plans and initiatives
  • Bringing our brands to life and ensuring consistency across all channels and platforms
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Co-develop and manage marketing budgets with Venue Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, venue management, external partners
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for building business to develop and enhance the brands’ reputation
  • Cultivate relationships with media and manage press releases, media events, and other PR initiatives as required

About you

You will have:

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Media, Communications or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8+ years relevant practical experience
  • A proactive, innovative, outcome focused approach, bringing energy into the workplace
  • Get *#it done attitude, excellent communication, time management and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities 
  • Working knowledge of the online digital space and emerging technology
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing practises including SEM, SEO, CPC and remarketing advertising strategies
  • Excellent account management skills
  • A valid driver’s license - as site visits are required

You will be joining a highly driven and enthusiastic wider marketing team who meet regularly (both online and in-person bi-annually) to discuss content ideas, campaign strategies and innovative methods to grow sites.
