Smart2Move is the golf industries leading provider of Dual Force Plate technology and education. Our mission is to make dual force plates accessible for all golf instructors and their students while elevating the lesson and training experience. Since 2015 Smart2Move has been creating innovative, easy to use, and accurate products with a complimentary world-class education experience.

With the recent release of the first and only affordable wireless/portable 3D Dual Force Plate, S2M is growing quickly and is looking for a motivated, team player, to help develop the business and support our customers. Position Overview:

The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing new business with Golf Academies, Golf Pros, Golf coaches and media agencies to grow our Sales in Australia. He would be passionate to learn, independent, highly efficient and organized, familiar with internet and mobile trends.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new businesses and drive new revenue;
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, presenting, negotiating and contract execution;
  • Generate sales pipeline and build brand awareness through available sales channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions;
  • Utilize and maintain a detailed CRM for efficient sales performance;
  • Exceptional communicator and strong presentation skills;
  • Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client (Visioconference, Webinars), having researched their business and requirements;
  • Represent S2M in relevant industry conferences;
  • Identify new trends and collaborate with the product team;

Position Qualifications:

  • Higher Education in Technology, Business or Marketing;
  • 3+ years consultative sales experience;
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies in Golf industry;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong presentation skills;
  • Additional languages is a big advantage;
  • Highly motivated individual with a deep desire to win;
  • Strong analytical capabilities;
  • Self-management and ability to build a local sales operation in all Australia;
  • Must have superb time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks ;
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ideally the use of CRM software’s.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Target Compensation: between AUD110,000 and AUD175,000 via salary and commission
  • Health insurance
  • Paid Time Off
  • Remote position with flexible schedule
