The Darebin Falcons is recruiting to coaching positions across our two senior women's Australian Rules footy teams.
Competing this year in Division 1 and 2 of the NFNL, our teams had robust numbers with a strong commitment to our club values and to skill development. Positions are available for both head and assistant coach roles in both teams.
Our culture sets us apart as a club exclusively for girls, women and gender diverse players. Major milestones on our club's annual calendar are our multisport community day in early February and Pride and Indigenous celebration rounds during the year.
We are looking for coaches with football smarts and strong sporting and social leadership experience or aspirations to further develop our senior players to compete strongly on field in a spirit of comraderie based on respect and fairness.
