About the Opportunity:
As the driving force behind the 3x3Hustle product, the 3x3Hustle Product Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and contribute to the expansion of NBL’s 3x3 basketball program. You’ll be at the helm of Licensee management, event operations, customer service initiatives, online store logistics, and Hustle hires. Your ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will ensure the smooth delivery of projects and elevate the 3x3Hustle brand.
Please note this opportunity is a 6-month Parental Leave cover with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3x3Hustle Licensee Management:
- Be the main point of contact for Hustle Licensees, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the relationship with 3x3Hustle Licensees, ensuring they meet all compliance and performance expectations.
- Support the growth and promotion of Licensees events through management of internal stakeholders.
- Event Administration & Delivery:
- Assist with coordinating and overseeing the operations and logistics of 3x3Hustle events, from planning to execution.
- Ensure events are delivered on time and aligned with NBL and 3x3Hustle standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the event is compliant with NBL and 3x3Hustle standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and the NBL team, to deliver successful events and projects.
- Foster strong relationships with local partners to ensure strategic alignment and growth opportunities.
- Online Store & Merchandise Management:
- Manage the 3x3Hustle online store, fulfilling orders and managing enquiries.
- Oversee inventory and promotional activities for merchandise.
- Work closely with suppliers and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and promotion of the products.
- Customer Service:
- Lead and manage customer service efforts to ensure a positive experience for participants.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues related but not limited to events, membership registrations, merchandise, or licensing.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, event management, or sports operations.
- Strong understanding of basketball or sports industry, an understanding of 3x3 basketball is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
