Description

The successful candidate will take the lead on developing and delivering the community cricket elements of our strategy. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of grassroots cricket, ensuring that it remains accessible and welcoming to everyone. As a key member of the Executive team, you will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and high-performing culture within the organisation, managing and motivating a talented team. Financial and operational oversight will also be part of your responsibilities. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for people, leadership, and growing the game of cricket across all levels of the community, we want to hear from you.

The position location is based at our Seddon Park office in Hamilton.
