About Us:

Established in 1992 by John and Megan Mitchell, Delta Gymnastics is an award-winning world class Gymnastics program that is more than just gymnastics. Our goal is to help kids move, learn and grow and we are recognized as the market leaders in this sphere in both Australia and the US. With 8 locations and over 5500 gymnasts, we’ve trained national and international champions, employ many coaching legends and have won numerous awards, such as Club of the Year and Westpac Small Business of the year. Our Managing Director John, is a well recognised and respected speaker at international industry conferences such as the Summit and the IACDP Conference.

However, it is our people who make the real difference. Like Josh Parker-Sloan who started as a Diving coach and went on to become a Gymnastics Queensland Head Coach and our Performance Director, training many national champions. We live our core values - deltagym.com.au/core-values-at-delta-gymnastics - and our team members reward and recognize each other for achievement. Our long term goal is to transform the way competitive gymnastics is coached with more support, education, parent involvement and an environment that is inspiring and uplifting.
