About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and passionate Sports Centre and Aquatics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, manage the pool and aquatics programs, and drive the strategic direction of the Artemis Centre. You will work closely with the Executive Director of Artemis Programs to ensure the delivery of top-tier sport and physical activities, fostering a culture of wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities operations.
  • Pool management and operations.
  • Management and delivery of high-quality aquatics programs.
  • Customer service, culture, and administration.
  • Digital system management.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at an Operations Manager level, with a focus on aquatics and facilities management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in sports management, business, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, delivering training, and coordinating events.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive operational success.
