Position Summary
The Leisure Services Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery of leisure services within the Sutherland Shire. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple leisure centres and assisting in managing projects and implementing strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall improvement of our leisure services.
You will leverage your extensive experience and professional standing within the leisure industry to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of qualifications and experience that aligns with our organisational goals. We seek a proactive leader who can navigate complex projects while fostering positive relationships within the community.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, management, commerce, or a related field, or extensive experience in the Leisure Services sector is essential.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and Working With Children Check.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects with measurable outcomes.
