Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre - Full Time Permanent
We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills, with opportunity to negotiate at the higher end of the salary range for those bringing strong leadership and swim school expertise. The salary range, inclusive of a 7-day loading, is $93,650 - $107,895 per annum.
New Industrial Agreement 2024 pay rises July 2025 and 2026.

What You Will Be Working On:
As the Team Leader Swim School, you will guide the growth and development of our swim school, ensuring a high-quality experience for every swimmer while building strong connections within the community.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Swim School Supervisors, Officers and Instructors to create a safe, inclusive, and dynamic environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
- Championing the ongoing development and delivery of innovative swim programs that meet the needs of our growing community.
- Ensuring the swim school operates smoothly, from managing day-to-day logistics and finances to implementing new programs that promote participation and retention.
- Collaborating with other departments to align swim school initiatives with broader facility goals, ensuring we exceed community expectations.
