About the Position

Craigie Leisure Centre is seeking energetic and team focused Customer Service Officers with excellent communication skills, to join their customer service team.

This position is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, feedback and requests, in a professional and friendly manner, promoting programs and services to increase utilisation whilst also providing administrative support.

The successful applicants will have high level communication skills, experience in delivering a high and accurate level of customer service and will be able to undertake administration tasks effectively and efficiently.

Applicants will need to be available to work a range of hours including mornings, evenings and weekends between 4.45am - 9.15pm.
