Role Responsibilities:

  • Engagement Analysis: Assist with the tracking, analysing, and reporting on the performance of campaigns, using insights to continuously optimise our approach.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with other creators and online personalities to innovate new content that resonates widely and drives engagement.
  • Marketing Assets: Develop internal and external marketing materials, including presentations, collateral, and other assets that support our brand story.
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote products and services effectively.
  • Utilising global best-practice frameworks to personalise and optimise campaigns throughout the funnel, driven by data and insights.

  • Social Media Expertise: Strong grasp of current marketing trends and an understanding of how to leverage each social platform.
  • Creative Skills: Proven ability to develop eye-catching, engaging content (experience with Adobe Suite and Photoshop is a must).
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Communication: Engaging, clear, and professional communication skills, both in writing and when presenting ideas.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Ability to design and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and audience needs.

Desirable:

  • Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, PR, or Graphic Design.
  • AFL knowledge and enthusiasm, with a genuine interest in community sport.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro.

What We Offer:

  • An industry competitive pay rate based on experience
