The primary purpose of the role will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the NSTC Park along with other areas within the National Snowsports Training Centre (NSTC) precinct as required.
The scope of the role will primarily involve the supervision of activity and the safe operating procedures of the NSTC Park, including the Club House and the broader NSTC Building as required.
The NSTC Park will be expected to operate daily and accommodate the primary focus on High Performance Athletes & Programs, Pathway & Community based activity and private sessions.
The role is based at the NSTC in Jindabyne and will include operational responsibilities in the NSTC Park as required. Additional responsibilities include support for Snow Australia activities, which may include but are not limited to general NSTC operations, Futures Camps, Emerging Talent Program Camps, and community airbag sessions.
The role focuses on creating and implementing clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly workflows, as well as scheduling annual events. These processes will be used for ongoing professional development and training for new staff who work with airbags on a daily basis.
The role will also be responsible for the operations of programs through various Snow Australia activities, Community Airbag Sessions, Emerging Talent Airbag Sessions, and “New” programs that are developed throughout the Summer & Winter months
