Flemington Junior Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for the following positions available for the 2025 season:

• Under 16 Boys Coach
• Under 16 Girls Coach

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are passionate about contributing to the success and development of our football club located at JJ Holland Park, Kensington 3031.

Key Coaching Objectives:

• Develop and implement a football game plan for the club's U16 Boys or U16 Girls team.
• Actively recruit and retain players.
• Create and execute programs to maximize opportunities for junior players to progress into the senior Uni High/Flemington U19 team.
• Manage relationships between players and coaching staff.
• Establish a positive and disciplined culture within the playing group.
• Provide strong leadership in alignment with the club’s code of conduct.

Successful Applicants Will Demonstrate:

• Ability to implement player development and behavioural standards at both the team and individual levels.
• Strong communication skills.
• Expertise in developing effective game plans and training drills to ensure on-field success.
• Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and a Working with Children Check.
• Previous coaching and/or playing experience.
