Xsoar Perform is a leading provider of tennis coaching programs and services at exclusive private schools across Victoria.

We are looking for a passionate Head Senior Tennis Coach to work alongside the CEO of Xsoar Perform and a large team of coaches to deliver tennis coaching programs located at exclusive private schools in metropolitan Melbourne. 

The coach will work within the  APS Tennis Program, private lessons, squads, holiday programs, overseas tours and other relevant coaching programs.

This role is full-time (or part-time role if agreed) with the salary to be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications and other factors. 

Coaching/Work Hours

Schedule is to be agreed with the successful candidate, however peak hours are typically

• Before School 6.45am – 8.15 (if required)
• After school/evenings 3.30pm – 8.30pm (typical hours)
• Saturday or Sunday (hours to be agreed)

Selection Criteria

• High level playing experience
• 5+ years coaching experience
• Tennis Australia qualification (preferred)
• A passion for working with students in a school environment
• Right to work in Australia
