About The Role
- Manage and enable the customer journey from enquiry, quote, invoice, order to delivery.
- Responsible for inbound sales and customer service requests via phone, live chat and email.
- Manage the production schedule with our key delivery partners.
- This is a hands-on role, you will be responsible for sales, customer service, production and logistics.
- Achieve KPIs with sales, on time delivery and customer service response times.
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
