As the Venue Manager you’ll oversee a team of young and enthusiastic Lifeguards, Swim Teachers and Customer Service Staff, ensuring the safe and efficient use of our world-class facilities. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful management of the venue to meet the community needs of the Central Highlands, by ensuring that the venue is maintaining high standards of service, safety, programs and venue presentation.
In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to coordinate and oversee what can only be described as the diamond in Emerald.
