With an exciting vision for the future, including stadium development and expanded operations, we are seeking a dynamic Business Service Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance: Manage end-to-end financial processes, including payroll, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Game Day Operations: Drive the profitability of game day revenue centers (e.g., gate, merchandise, food & beverage).
• Stadium & Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and operations of Totally Workwear Stadium, including future developments.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, including WHS, tax compliance, and reporting obligations.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Provide operational guidance to internal teams and work closely with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Easts Leagues Club to align shared objectives and maximize opportunities.

About You

You are an agile, detail-oriented professional with a passion for the sporting industry. You bring a mix of financial expertise, operational efficiency, and leadership capability. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a drive to deliver results.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of relevant commercial experience, ideally within the sporting or non-profit sector.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in facility/stadium management is highly desirable.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
