Basketball Australia, in conjunction with our State & Territory member associations is at the forefront of promoting, fostering, and developing the sport of basketball across the country. At BA we manage our elite national teams (Boomers & Opals, Rollers & Gliders plus men’s and women’s 3x3), our Centre of Excellence facility, elite competitions including the Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL), major international competitions, annual national junior championship events as well as Australian basketball’s official junior game development program, Aussie Hoops and other national programs and events.

What is the role
We are seeking an experienced and confident Integrity Officer - Education with a demonstrated understanding of developing and implementing education programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in the review, management, improvement and implementation of Basketball Australia’s integrity education programs both online and in person.
This is a key role within the Integrity Unit at Basketball Australia.
You will be passionate about basketball, have excellent communication and collaboration skills, possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be a team player. The review, management, improvement and implementation of our integrity education program, both online and in person.
This is a full-time, fixed term, 12-month position. It is based in our office in Melbourne at the State Basketball Centre, Wantirna. There may be some domestic travel involved.
Who are You?
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role for a sporting organisation.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering educational programs.
- Experience with online learning platforms
- Education qualification advantageous
- Elevated level of stakeholder management
