A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of something extraordinary as Australian Triathlon embarks on delivering our new 2032+ High Performance Strategy.  We're seeking four, highly expert and passionate HP leaders who aspire to work collaboratively together with our recently appointed High Performance Director. This united team will work with the AusTriathlon HP community in driving through our 2032+ Vision:

'Extraordinary Performances and People Inspiring the Nation.'

These are rare, hands-on performance leadership opportunities to work alongside coaches, athletes, and support teams, making a direct impact on our performance goals for LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032

  • Performance Manager - Academy (fulltime)
  • Performance Coach Advisor(s) (fulltime or part time)
  • Head of Performance Pathways (fulltime)
  • Head of Paralympic Program (fulltime)
