Are you passionate about gymnastics? We’re looking for enthusiastic, qualified coaches who love working with athletes of all ages. Balance Gymnastics coaches are integral to the successful delivery of our classes and programs. 

As a coach at Balance Gymnastics, you will be responsible for:

• Coaching recreational and/or squad classes
• Delivering inclusive and progressive gymnastics and movement classes
• Living the Balance Gymnastics company values
• Maintaining a Gymnastics Australia coaching accreditation
• Maintaining a current and valid Working With Children Check (if aged 18 years or older)

Requirements:

• A valid Working with Children Check
• A minimum of a Fundamental Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation
• A passion for gymnastics and working with athletes of all ages and skill levels

Skills and Attributes:

• Are passionate about empowering and supporting young people
• Can work independently and as part of a broader team to achieve set outcomes
• Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Balance participants and their families
• Experience working with young people advantageous
