Reporting to the Member Services Coordinator, you will be required to provide members and guests with qualified health and fitness advice, in a safe and enjoyable environment. A passion for Personal Training is highly desirable with opportunities to build a client base around gym shifts. Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts is required. Monday and Friday evenings and Sundays would be advantageous.

Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, program writing, leading small group training sessions, engaging with members and actively being part of member retention through challenges and events, offering a positive experience at every opportunity.

Key to your success will be:

• Experience writing and delivering quality fitness programs
• Experience delivering small group training sessions
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with members and external customers

In addition, the minimum qualification requirements for this position are:

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness
• Fitness Industry Registration
• Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Drivers License

You will also be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and functional assessment.
