MUWFC is a progressive, united, supportive and sustainable women’s football club. We are the only stand alone women’s club competing in the VAFA Women’s Premier division. We challenge and empower members to Lead The Way in all that they do. MUWFC are an elite amateur club seeking elite coaches to deliver the next generation of AFLW stars!
In 2025 MUWFC intends to submit teams into the VAFA Women's Premier Divison and VAFA Women's Premier Reserve. We are also striving to submit an U19s side into the VAFA's new women's U19's competition. MUWFC strives to balance high performance and to be leaders in women's football. We are proud to be an inclusive club with elite standards. We are looking to grow both our on and off field programs in season 2025, and are seeking motivated people to join us!
MUWFC are seeking coaches that meet the following criteria:
Alignment with club values, initiatives and policies
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong football knowledge, minimum level 1 coaching accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience coaching women and girls
Ability to work in a team with other coaching staff and high performance staff
People focused and the ability to work with players of varied skill levels
WWCC or willingness to obtain
Most importantly, a passion for women’s footy

High Performance Partner Motus Life - coordination of all S&C and Sports Trainers
Guest Coaching and consistent team managers providing professional management of all game day operations
