The Female Football and Club Development lead will lead both female football and club development across the League and Region (Inner North/East of Metropolitan Melbourne).
The purpose of the role is to:
Grow female participation across the Yarra Junior Football League.
Support Clubs in the recruitment, retention, and development of female teams.
Lead the development and delivery of the strategic direction of female football, including policy development.
Support, lead and implement club development programs
Support at risk and at need clubs, including volunteer development and retention
