The National Engagement Officer is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to Australian Taekwondo’s members, including Member States, individuals, Club owners and master instructors. The role’s responsibilities span across the areas of the organisation’s activities which have a key focus on member satisfaction and engagement including events and communications initiatives. Key Responsibilities include:
Member Services
Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for public and Members' inquiries.
Provide administrative support to membership processes.
Manage the WT GMS system and all WT Memberships & Event Entries.
Provide support for members using the national database (RevSport).
Communications
Coordinate AT’s social media activities.
Maintain the AT website.
Plan and create content for member communications.
Events
Provide underpinning event management support including logistics, entries management and general related administration.
Draft competition guides for all sanctioned events.
Commercial
Coordinate with AT's online shop partner to manage orders and merchandise.
Provide administrative support to service AT's commercial partnerships.
Support any grant writing or funding proposal processes.
General Administration
Provide administrative assistance across all AT activities and departments as required.

The location for the successful candidate can be flexible upon negotiation, however ACT-based is preferred.
