Deck Supervisor
The Aquatic Deck Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that programs are carried out to a high standard. You will support the administration of the swim lesson program and leadership of the swim teacher workforce to deliver outstanding aquatic education.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience performing swim teacher duties
- Moderate level computer literacy
- HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid
- HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation. (CPR)
- SISSS00132 - Swimming and Water Safety Teacher
- Current Working with Children Employee check
- Satisfactory National Police Check (funded by SEL)
- Swim Teacher extension course (Desirable)
Swim Teacher (Infant & Preschool)
As a teacher, you will play an important role in helping children and their families understand the principles and practices of water safety. You will use teaching methods appropriate for the learners’ stages of development and reflect the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual competencies of infants and preschool children.
Qualifications and Experience
- HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid
- HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation. (CPR)
- SISSS00132 - Swimming and Water Safety Teacher
- Current Working with Children Employee check
- Satisfactory National Police Check (funded by SEL)
- Swim Teacher extension course (Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics)
