About NSW Goalball, we are the state sporting organisation for the Paralympic sport of Goalball. Goalball is an inclusive sport which places all athletes on a level playing field visually. The sprot can be played by anyone up to a national level, to compete at the Paralympics you do need to have a formal vision classification.
NSW Goalball has two arms, the club side where we play and train of a weekend and our goalball 4 school’s program which goes out to schools to run a reverse inclusion program around the sprot of goalball.
In 2023 NSW goalball was awarded NSW Sporting Organisation of the Year, this was achieved through accomplishments on the club side and the goalball 4 schools along with our partnership with Bring It On Sports. If you’ve never heard of the sport of Goalball you can visit our youtube channel to see some game play at various levels. youtube.com/@nswgoalball
