The AFL Victoria supported, Essendon District Football League (EDFL), Club Development Lead (“CDL”) will work collaboratively with the league and their affiliated clubs to help make it easier for local club volunteers to have self-sustainable quality practices in place that lead to consistent quality experiences for all people connected to local clubs across our League.
