Craigie Leisure Centre is a flagship destination of the City of Joondalup, and one of the largest multi-purpose leisure facilities in Western Australia. Customer Service Supervisor - Part Time

  • Salary: $77,780 - $83,141 per annum pro-rata
  • Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • 25 hours per week

Are you an energetic and team focused person with experience in leading a team to deliver excellent customer service? Join the team at Craigie Leisure Centre! You will be responsible for supervising customer service operations, responding to customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and friendly manner and training the customer service team to deliver an excellent experience.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, experience in supervising and leading a team in a customer service environment and demonstrated experience in point of sale software management systems. The work pattern includes a seven day fortnight with shifts between 4:45am – 9:30pm and includes a span of three and four consecutive days off.
