The position of Para Pathways Manager will lead and manage the design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based, contemporary good practice, performance pathway programs for athletes with disability (AWD) and personnel involved in the development of AWD across the Northern Territory (NT), with a particular focus on strengthening Paralympic performance pathways.
