Badminton has the unique position of being an Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games sport. With over 400,000 participants and close to 16,000 members, we develop and implement inclusive national initiatives to reach diverse communities, deliver tournaments and events for players and fans, and represent the interests of our sport across international forums.

You will be joining BA at an exciting time as we prepare to launch a new strategic plan in 2025, strengthen our HP program via our What It Takes To Win (WITTW) and High Performance Strategy and with bold and ambitious performance objectives for LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032.
