The Role

The Strategic Sport Projects Officer will assist in delivering Council’s priority key operational projects; including overseeing the implementation of Council’s Fair Access Policy, the implementation of  the Regional Sports Precinct at Mernda as well as a arrange of other key operational projects. This role include capital works planning, strategy and policy development, development of community facility operational specifications and providing input into a range of organisational wide- issues and initiatives.

About you

This role requires a dynamic team member with project management skills, a deep understanding of sports facility development and community service operations, a clear understanding of broader community facilities and their operation and a commitment to delivering facilities that meet the needs of our community
