The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales across all areas of our business. Maxfield, in a joint venture with the Sydney Swans, manage the Sydney Network. There will be a major focus on membership sales, account management and working closely with the Sydney Swans team. You will be responsible for leading current key partnerships and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. A large focus will be on customer growth within the Sydney market and identifying opportunities to expand the business with existing clients. You will report to the Head of Sales and work within the extended Sales Team.

With the Maxfield Head Office located in Melbourne, you will be our sales lead in Sydney. Therefore, communication with the Head of Sales and broader team will be important with this role.
