Role Overview:
As the Participation & Partnerships Manager, you'll drive the growth of baseball across metropolitan and regional areas. You'll lead strategic initiatives focused on increasing participation, especially among school-aged children, while promoting partnerships and delivering key competitions and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead game development initiatives and partnerships across NSW.
Develop and implement participation growth strategies and programs for schools and local communities.
Oversee state-wide competition management and event delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve Baseball NSW's strategic objectives.
Manage budgets, prepare reports, and secure funding through grants and partnerships.
About You:
Proven leadership experience, ideally in sports administration or community development.
Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in financial management and operational planning.
Passionate about sport and community engagement.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly regarded.
Ability to travel as required and hold a valid Working with Children Check.
