Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead Phase 2 of Squash Stars, a program designed to inspire children aged 6–12 to transition from school-based participation to community squash centres. We’re looking for an energetic and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values inclusivity, and is driven by the power of sport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Squash Stars Coordinator, you will:

  • Drive Program Excellence: Manage administrative tasks, systems, and templates to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Collaborate for Success: Organise and facilitate working groups to align stakeholders and achieve program goals.
  • Monitor and Report Progress: Track milestones, maintain records, and produce timely reports that inform decision-making and showcase program outcomes.
  • Support Events and Workshops: Contribute to meetings and workshops, ensuring every interaction adds value to the Squash Stars experience.
  • Deliver Impactful Results: Work closely with the CEO, National Lead – Sport Development, and key partners to meet program objectives and exceed expectations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for a driven and passionate individual who brings:

  • A Love for Sport: A strong passion for promoting physical activity and fostering lifelong participation.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven success coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in administration, data analysis, and reporting to support strategic program development.
  • Experience with Participation Programs: Familiarity with Sporting Schools and other national sport participation initiatives, particularly in junior coaching environments.
  • Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM (ideally revolutioniseSPORT) and Learning Management Systems.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility and Commitment: Willingness to adapt working hours to meet program needs, including occasional travel within Australia.

  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Drivers Licence
