About the Role

  • Manage media, crisis communications, and brand reputation, ensuring effective and timely responses when needed.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • + years of experience leading communications and marketing in sport, media, or non-profit organisations.
  • A track record of developing and delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, PR, traditional media).
  • Exceptional storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, including media, government, sponsors, and community groups.
  • A passion for sport and an understanding of Australia’s triathlon and multisport landscape (preferred but not essential).

Why Join Us?

  • Make a national impact – Lead the charge in transforming how triathlon and multisport connect with athletes and fans.
  • Work with a passionate team – Be part of an organisation driven by purpose, innovation, and a shared love for sport.
