Drive the development and adoption of new formats and projects within the sport of lawn bowls including female participation, multi-disability & CALD projects. Oversee the integrity portfolio and provide the CEO with day-to-day support in delivering on critical pillars of the operational plan.
Main Tasks
Event Support
Design, deliver and report on key projects spanning female participation; multi-disability; & CALD projects.
Review industry and member data trends and seek innovative solutions to reversing the trend of traditional membership decline.
Co-design new and innovative ways in which to deliver the sport of lawn bowls including but not limited to formats; projects; campaigns; and, digital delivery.
Oversee the integrity portfolio with Bowls NSW under the National Integrity Framework and manage integrity cases from end-to-end.
Implement an integrity register and oversee its maintenance.
Engage with Region Administrators in project scoping and piloting
Other Duties
Assist the CEO, Sport and Communications/Commercial Teams where required.

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary education
Experience
State or National sporting organisation experience favourable (but not essential)
Delivery of participation programs
Driving membership growth
Implementation of ‘out-of-box’ solutions to drive participation / non-traditional membership outcomes
