The Opportunity:
In this dynamic position, we are seeking someone who can provide executive support to the senior leadership team, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help foster a positive organisational culture.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of stepping into various situations across the business to find solutions. This may involve leading strategic cross-functional projects or ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
The Responsibilities:
- Support the Commissioner with day-to-day operations and duties.
- Schedule management, including end-to-end process for travel management.
- Prepare presentations, briefs and meeting notices.
- Collate key materials for meetings and presentations.
- Manage communications to the A-Leagues Chair, board directors and sub-committees.
- Support continuous improvement.
- Support the general day-to-day management of the office.
- Support team coordination and collaboration, including event management.
- Support with various administrative duties as required.
