ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about sports and looking to kick-start your career in sales? Join a fast-growing brand and be part of an energetic and supportive team!

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll upskill in sales while building relationships with sporting clubs, schools, and key organisations across New South Wales. In addition to supporting sales, you’ll gain hands-on experience across different aspects of the business, including order fulfillments, warehouse operations, managing office logistics, and supporting shipping processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Learn & GrowReceive comprehensive training in sales processes, product knowledge, and account management
  • Build RelationshipsConnect with schools, clubs, and sports organisations to understand their teamwear needs
  • Support the Sales TeamAssist with managing an existing portfolio while learning how to secure new business opportunities
  • Client ServiceProvide friendly and proactive communication, ensuring excellent customer experiences
  • Achieve GoalsWork towards achievable sales targets with guidance and support from experienced mentors
  • Operational SupportHelp with packing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations
  • Office ManagementAssist with daily office tasks to ensure everything runs efficiently
  • Represent the BrandBe a positive ambassador for S-Trend at external events and community engagements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVES:

  • A genuine passion for sports - we want you to love the industry you work in!
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to attend occasional events outside of standard business hours
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Based in New South Wales

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience working in a customer service or team environment
  • Knowledge of the school or community sports landscape
  • Creativity and an eye for design and aesthetics
