Squash will make its Olympic debut at LA28 Olympic and Paralympic games which makes it an exciting time to get involved in squash and grow with us.

Squash Queensland is the peak body for sport in Queensland. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of annual tournaments and events. Including but not limited to the Queensland Junior Championships, Queensland Open, Annual Forum & Awards and Queensland Sharks Program. This role is offered on a part time basis but with the right candidate this role will evolve to full time.

Ideally, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will possess a knack for planning, coordination and proven experience delivering high quality event experiences for members while driving year on year growth in participation and revenue. Quick to learn new CRM and Competition Management systems in a fast paced environment. Volunteer recruitment and management is highly desirable.

You will be working with a range of internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to our partners, National Sporting Organisation and local government agencies.

You will manage all aspects of planning, coordination and execution including logistics and budgets.
