The Para Program Technical Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of Australian Taekwondo’s Para Program, in collaboration with the Head of Performance. The role focuses on enhancing athlete and coach development within the pathway (from club level upwards), organising training and competition opportunities, and delivering technical development for both athletes and coaches across each state and territory where relevant.
The Para Program Technical Lead (Coach) will report directly to the AT Head of Performance. The role will work closely with relevant club coaches, Australian Taekwondo (AT) and Combat AUS staff, and other key stakeholders. This alignment is crucial for ensuring that the National Para Performance Program's objectives are effectively met and upheld.
