The Manager, Industry Engagement will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing ARV membership/sponsorship acquisition, engagement and support strategy
Managing ARV annual industry events and activities calendar.
Leading ARV Industry engagement and Project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
The following Key Responsibility Areas indicate what the position is directly responsible for producing/achieving:
To lead, design, develop and implement ARV membership and sponsorship acquisition and growth strategy.
To facilitate industry liaison, membership, and partnership engagement.
To identify, manage, and maintain industry relationships and communications.
To provide membership database management and sponsorship contract support.
To coordinate ARV networking committee meetings by scheduling meetings, preparation of meeting documents including agendas and minutes.
To lead, design and deliver ARV Event, Program and Activity calendar.
To design, develop and plan industry awards program including nomination collation and judging criteria.
To manage ARV event and activities finances and budgets
To provide administration support for ARV activities
To assist in the development and delivery of marketing materials through ARV website and social media platforms
To plan, develop and deliver identified Victorian Aquatics and Recreation industry and ARV projects.
