Exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service Team at Brimbank Leisure!

Located in the centre of Melbourne's growing west, Brimbank Leisure Centres offer industry leading facilities and services to our diverse and welcoming community. Brimbank City Council is a local government that is welcoming, diverse and proud - just like the community we serve.

We are currently seeking a Fixed Term Part Time staff member to join our team based at Brimbank Leisure Centre's in Keilor Downs and Sunshine.

The role:

  • Fixed Term Part Time (12 Months)
  • 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week)
  • Working across both sites (Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre & Sunshine Leisure Centre)

In this role you will be the first point of contact for Leisure Centres visitors, assisting with enquiries, complaint handling, selling memberships, making bookings, handling payments and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all visitors. You'll help maintain facility operations by enforcing policies and providing information about our programs and services.

  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar role or a passion for customer engagement.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evening and weekends.
