109,033 (including salary $88,297 - $92,687)

  • Support the delivery of quality sport and active recreation programs.
  • Provide contractual, governance and legislative advisory and support services. 
  • Have a love for analysing of quantitative/qualitative data to meet reporting requirements.

Actively support organisations and individuals with the management and monitoring of grant-related activities and associated funding agreements. 

Department of People, Sport and Culture (DPSC) is a multi-functional human services and community-focused agency that works to provide responsive, safe and quality services and programs that empower communities and improve social outcomes for Territorians.

Positioned within DPSC, the Partnerships team plays a pivotal role in supporting sport and active recreation participation across the Territory, ensuring communities are engaged, diverse and vibrant places where everyone belongs.

As a Partnerships Officer (AO5) you provide sound partnership, grant and project management support and advice to key stakeholders. Your key duties include managing the administration of partnerships projects, grants and voucher-based programs, and monitoring grant-related activities and funding agreements.

If you are passionate about using data to support sport and active recreation, this role is for you! Use your analytical skills to interpret data, monitor grants, and ensure funding agreements are effectively administered to drive real community impact across the Territory.

Your sound knowledge and experience of operational processes, relevant legislation and contemporary customer service quality standards will be valuable in supporting the delivery of government grants and voucher-based programs. In addition, your ability to manage up and provide quality information will assist in meeting established timeframes and resolving dispute resolution.
