The Role: Learn to Swim (LTS) Coordinator
As an Aquatic Program Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and grow your swim school
- Develop a strong team
- Drive program expansion and customer experience
- Run team meetings and provide mentorship
- Implement creative strategies to enhance programs
- Work closely with leadership to develop best practices
- Receive marketing and operational support for customer retention and growth
This role is perfect for someone looking to blend leadership, innovation, and hands-on management in a supportive and professional environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic & Enthusiastic - Passionate about swimming and leadership
- Growth-Minded - Always looking for ways to improve and expand
- A People Leader - Able to build strong relationships with customers and staff
- Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using computer systems to manage the swim school
- Experienced in Teaching - At least 2 years of Learn to Swim Team Leading
