Lauriston Rowing is a priority program within Lauriston Girls’ School. It is a dynamic program encouraging participation in rowing and promoting excellence in performance through the delivery of an athlete development (FTEM) framework.
This role is a full time contract position with the responsibility for implementing and managing the rowing program at Lauriston Girls’ School.
The role will be responsible for leading the Lauriston Rowing Program through the performance management of student athletes, coaches, teaching staff and support providers in preparation for benchmark events within RV and RA competitive calendars.
This role is a full time, fixed term (2 years) position commencing in mid-Term 2, 2025.
Ideal candidate will:
- Level 2 Coaching Accreditation (Rowing)
- Sports Science, Human Movement or relevant degree (desirable)
- Current Victorian Drivers License.
- Current Victorian Boat License.
- Level 2 or equivalent First Aid Certificate.
- Working with Children
- Criminal Record Check
