Equestrian Australia (EA) is the peak body for the administration of Equestrian Sport in Australia. We are currently seeking a National Integrity Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The National Integrity Manager will be responsible for the management of all complaints relating to EA’s integrity policies and the national Medication Control (swabbing) administrative process.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the development and delivery of Equestrian Australia’s National Integrity Framework to ensure strategies are implemented to uphold the integrity of the sport.

About You

We are seeking a self-motivated professional with proven experience in handling challenging conversations and managing complaints and/or investigations. You will bring a passion for process, policy and member protection, including child safeguarding.

Advantageous attributes include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively navigating difficult conversations with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle difficult and challenging conversations with accuracy and empathy.
  • Exceptionally high ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times.
  • Proven ability to undertake investigations and produce reports.
  • Highly developed writing skills, with ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Relevant working experience and/ or tertiary qualifications.
