As a Venue Supervisor you will be responsible for the presentation, maintenance, set-up and pack down requirements of the centre. This role also requires you to be able to coordinate bookings and fixtures, based around the state-of-the-art outdoor pitches at Darebin International Sports Centre and Knox Regional Football Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue during events and bookings.
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility.
Provide excellent customer service to players, coaches, officials, and spectators.
Enforce venue policies, including safety and conduct regulations.
Assist with setup and pack-down of events and fixtures.
Liaise with referees, teams, and event organisers.
Handle any incidents or issues professionally and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
Must be available to work weeknights and weekends.
Must be able to work at two locations as required.
Experience in venue or event supervision (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Basic knowledge of sports operations.
Experience in food handling, preparation, and service (preferred).

Minimum one-year experience in a similar role
High standard of presentation and communication skills

Self-motivated and an ability to work unsupervised
Preparedness to work weekends and non-traditional hours as required
